Bling Art Limited is a British false nail brand established in 2013. We dispatch your order from our own UK studio, usually the same day if you order before 2pm Monday to Friday.
1. UK delivery rates
If your basket contains both retail sets and salon packs, the £3.99 salon shipping rate applies to the whole order.

If you need your order in a hurry (next-day or Special Delivery), email info@blingart.co.uk before you place the order. We can usually arrange an upgrade for the difference in postage cost.

5. International shipping
Due to ongoing instability in international shipping costs, customs rules, and carrier reliability, we don't publish fixed international rates. If you'd like to order from outside the United Kingdom, please email info@blingart.co.uk first. We'll respond the same working day with an accurate, factual shipping quote based on your country, the items you want, and the rates available on the day. Once you're happy, we'll send you a secure payment link to complete your order.
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order. We use the address exactly as entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@blingart.co.uk as quickly as possible — we'll do our best to amend it, but cannot change addresses on orders that have already left us.
7. Delivery delays beyond our control
Royal Mail occasionally experiences delays due to weather, strikes, or peak periods (especially November and December). We'll keep you informed by email if there is a known delay. Tracking should still update with status changes.
8. Damaged or lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbours and your local sorting office. If it's still missing 7 days after the expected delivery date, email info@blingart.co.uk and we'll either replace the order or refund you in full.
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace or refund.
9. PO boxes and BFPO
We deliver to UK BFPO addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
