International Delivery

Due to ongoing instability in international shipping costs, customs rules, and carrier reliability, we don't publish fixed international rates.

If you'd like to order from outside the United Kingdom, please email info@blingart.co.uk first. We'll respond the same working day with an accurate, factual shipping quote based on your country, the items you want, and the rates available on the day.

Once you're happy, we'll send you a secure payment link to complete your order.

Dispatch Times

  • Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday
  • Next working day dispatch on orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays
  • We don't ship on weekends or UK bank holidays

If you need your order in a hurry (next-day or Special Delivery), email info@blingart.co.uk before you place the order. We can usually arrange an upgrade for the difference in postage cost.

Returns Policy

14-day returns on unopened sets — full refund

  • You have 14 days from receipt to return unopened sets for a full refund (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
  • Opened sets cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, but if there's an issue with your order, email us — we'll do our best to help
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph it and email us within 48 hours — we'll replace or refund
  • Return postage paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If a tracked order shows delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbours and your local sorting office. If it's still missing 7 days after the expected delivery date, email us — we'll either replace the order or refund you in full.

For untracked 2nd Class orders, Royal Mail considers items lost after 10 working days from dispatch — we'll replace or refund at that point.

If your package arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace or refund.

PO Boxes and BFPO

We deliver to UK BFPO addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
