Designed in Yorkshire. We want you to love your Bling Art order — if something's not right, here's how to fix it.

✨ 14-day returns on unopened sets — full refund

Your statutory right to return

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order placed online within 14 days from the day after you receive it for a full refund, including the original delivery cost.

To return an unopened set:

  1. Email info@blingart.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number (begins with #BA...)
  2. We'll confirm the return address and any next steps
  3. Return the item in its original undamaged packaging, unused and in saleable condition
  4. Once we receive it, we'll refund within 14 days via the original payment method

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Opened or used sets

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened press-on nail sets cannot be returned for refund. This is standard UK retail practice for any cosmetic or personal-use product that touches skin.

However — if there's a genuine issue with an opened set (wrong product sent, manufacturing defect, missing items, packaging damage), email us at info@blingart.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We'll replace or refund.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, photograph the damage and email us at info@blingart.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and photos. We'll either replace the items or issue a refund — your choice.

Lost parcels

Tracked orders: If a tracked order shows delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbours and your local sorting office. If still missing 7 days after expected delivery, email us — we'll either replace the order or refund in full.

Untracked 2nd Class orders: Royal Mail considers items lost after 10 working days from dispatch. At that point, email us with your order number — we'll replace or refund.

Product faults

If a Bling Art product fails through no fault of yours (e.g. nails breaking on first use, glue not bonding to a properly prepped nail, finish flaking), email us within 14 days of receipt with details and photos. We'll replace or refund without quibble. Beyond 14 days, we treat fault claims on a case-by-case basis under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit / debit card: 3–10 working days (depends on your bank)
  • PayPal: typically same day
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: goes to the linked card, 3–10 working days
  • Klarna / Shop Pay: handled through that platform's standard process

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015 (faulty goods, satisfactory quality)
  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (cancellation of online orders)
  • The Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended)
