Bling Art Limited — Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your Bling Art nails. If anything's not right, we want to fix it. This policy sets out your rights, what we can refund, and how to return an item.

1. Your statutory rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have a right to a refund, replacement or repair regardless of how long after delivery you notice.

2. Hygiene exception — unopened sets only

Press-on nails are personal-care and hygiene products. Once the sealed packaging is opened or the nails have been removed from their original tray, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons — except in the case of a faulty or damaged product.

We can refund or exchange:

  • Unopened, sealed sets returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Faulty or damaged products at any time within the warranty period.
  • Wrong items received.

We cannot refund:

  • Opened or used sets (hygiene reasons).
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, except where faulty.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to return an item

  1. Email info@blingart.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. Photos help if the item is damaged.
  2. We'll confirm within 24 working hours and send you a return address.
  3. Post the item back to us. Keep proof of postage — we recommend Royal Mail Tracked.
  4. Once we receive the item, we inspect it and process your refund within 5 working days. The refund may take a further 3–10 working days to appear on your card or account, depending on your bank.

4. Return shipping costs

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing — we cover return postage.
  • If you've changed your mind — return postage is at your cost.

5. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email info@blingart.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including the original delivery cost.

6. Refund method

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

7. Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 14 days of us confirming it has been processed, please:

  1. Check the original payment account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer or bank — refunds can take time to post.
  3. Email info@blingart.co.uk if it's still missing and we'll investigate.

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on unopened sets within 30 days. Email us first so we can reserve the replacement, then post the original back.
