4. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns on **unopened** items within **14 days of delivery**. The product must be in its original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on nail sets that have been opened or used. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers.
